This image of New York connects to War Brothers because of all the times Paul describes New York and what it’s like to be in America. Jacob and Tony could never really visualize New York because life in Uganda is so different. I chose this connection because I’ve been to New York and have seen all the things that Paul was talking about. The bright lights, millions of hot dog stands and red bulls. New York was quite a sight to see, and I can see how Jacob and Tony had a hard time visualizing it.
